Danyal Panjwani
CEO · Cofounder
Danyal Panjwani is the Co-founder and CEO of Vitaliti, where he leads the company’s product vision, recruiting, fundraising, and business strategy. He joined Vitaliti’s parent company in October 2024 as a Product Manager, stepped into Head of Product & Strategy in early 2025, was named interim CEO in July of 2025, and most recently moved into the role permanently.
When Danyal joined, Vitaliti’s story centered on enterprise prevention—baseline testing, behavior change, and a mobile-first experience designed to “dent the curve” of healthcare costs and ultimately power a large-scale health model. Building on that foundation, he drove the digital product and end-to-end experience—unifying biomarker, wearable, and coaching workflows into a single patient-facing journey and product narrative.
He then led the restructuring, refocusing, and redirecting of the long-term vision—ultimately shaping Vitaliti into an exercise-mimetic rehabilitation platform anchored by Vitaliti Air and a clinically rigorous path to care delivery. As part of that reset, he recruited the clinical founding team—Stanley Rockson, MD; Nick Leeper, MD; and Jon Myers, PhD—and positioned Vitaliti for the next chapter as a therapeutics-driven company built to earn trust in medicine.
A serial founder, Danyal previously founded LIQUIDSports, where he explored prediction-market mechanics and later built infrastructure to tokenize physical collectibles—work that resulted in an issued U.S. patent (US11616650B1) for real-time proof of possession of physical assets using RFID-linked blockchain workflows. Before entrepreneurship, he was an Analyst at Presidio Partners, developing a quantitative toolkit spanning financial analysis, options theory, and Python-based trading algorithms. He earned a BS in Mathematical Economics from the University of Richmond (Robins School of Business) and brings an operator’s blend of technical fluency, capital markets intuition, and founder-level urgency to building Vitaliti into a category-defining clinical platform.
